Can't you bill the coup-sters for the lunch you missed?

I suppose not because it turns out my department had the lunch after all. I guess some people didn't get the memo that THE UNIVERSITY WAS CLOSED yesterday, and I can't understand why they didn't get it because they showed up at work anyway, and that's where memos are usually delivered, right? Although if the university was closed, maybe nobody thought to circulate the memo at the university, because (all together now) the university was closed. It seems that enough people went to work that it looked like a normal work day to those that were there, so they went on with business as usual. I can't figure this place out.

The lunch tables at the department seat only 4 people each, so I think they were well within the [martial] law. Yeah, they probably did have som tam, dammit. And sticky rice. And probably some good fish.
